Johnny Weir & Victor Voronov

Johnny Weir is a well-decorated American figure skater and a two-time Olympian. In addition to his accolades, Weir also won the 2008 World bronze medal, and he was also a three-time U.S. National champion. He’s also known for his costume choices that have drawn criticism in the world of Figure Skating. He also made headlines when he married Victor Voronov back in 2012. They certainly looked happy at first, but they eventually called it quits and went their separate ways in 2015.

It’s certainly unfortunate that Weir’s marriage to Voronov only lasted four years, and that it needed an intervention from a lawyer. We certainly would have wanted to see them grow old together. However, it certainly looked like they were destined to go their separate ways as they weren’t happy with each other’s company anymore. The two had a very public and controversial divorce.
