Kate Pierson is best known for being the co-founder of The B-52’s. The new wave band has several hits like Love Shack as well as Rock Lobster, which she sang when she tied the knot with her long-time girlfriend, Kate Pierson. The two were married in an intimate ceremony in Hawaii, which was attended by Pierson’s bandmates as well as Sia and her husband. Sia sang the couple’s special song, Crush Me with Your Love. The song later appeared in Pierson’s solo album.

The singer and her artist wife, Coleman, have plenty of investments to their name. One of them is a hotel at the Catskills, which is keeping them busy. The quiet time that they have been spending time together is keeping their relationship strong. Pierson is still busy with her music career, but with a hotel to run, it’s not surprising that they are being hands-on when it comes to their business.
