Cyndi Lauper & David Thornton – 20 Years

Cyndi Lauper is a famous actress and singer who was born in New York. Her hit album She’s So Unusual catapulted her to fame as it sold more than 4 million copies around the world. One of her latest projects was starring in the movie Off and Running together with her husband, David Thornton. David, on the other hand, took his degree at Yale University. He also attended Lee Strasberg’s Acting Studio to learn his craft. Cyndi and David got married in November of 2010 in Connecticut.

In an interview, Cyndi shared that only after two weeks of being together officially, she and her ex were already musing about getting married, so she wanted to be better with her relationship with David. They spent a month in Cape Cod alone together and realized they liked to be in each other’s company. This way, they knew marriage was right for them.
