Rachel Zoe & Rodger Berman – 23 Years

Who said marriage is never easy? Luckily for Rachel Zoe, her relationship with husband Rodger Berman is just a piece of cake. Rachel has had long and fruitful career investments as a fashion designer, and Rodger has been by her side since the beginning of their journey. The twosome has grown into the ideal tag team over time. The pair met in 1991, Berman was a waiter at the time, and Zoe was a hostess at a nearby restaurant. The couple married in February 1998 after dating for seven years.

Though the couple admits to having their fair share of marital quarrels, they have managed to keep their marriage going by adhering to a few ground rules. Berman is now the President of Rachel Zoe Inc., where he has devoted his time to discovering new ways to grow the Rachel Zoe brand and his other duties.
