Tom Ford & Richard Buckley – 17 Years

Yet again, another story of love at first sight. Tom Ford claims that it was love at first sight when he met the writer Richard Buckley. I mean, really, where do we have to go to get this love at fight sight thing? Because it seems we really need it! Ford married Buckley in 2004, which makes 2021 their 17th year of marriage.

According to Ford, it almost literally just took them locking eyes and an elevator ride to confirm that Buckley was the one. Well, it seems he was right to some degree! When asked about their secret, he had two things to say. First of which is respect. The second is, “if you believe someone has a great heart and a great soul, don’t ever leave them because you won’t ever find anyone better.” Now wasn’t that just poetic.
