Denzel Washington & Pauletta Washington – 38 Years

Actor Denzel Washington has been with his beautiful wife Pauletta for more than three decades. In an interview with Oprah, he gave her credit for being the reason their marriage works. The two have been one of the longest relationships in Hollywood. We all know long marriages aren’t that common in this industry, so the pair is a gem. They first met back in 1977 on the set of Wilma, a TV movie they were both doing. They started dating, and from then on, they became the love of each other’s lives.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, the couple talked about Denzel having to propose twice because Pauletta said no the first time. They finally tied the knot on June 25, 1983. Now they have children who follow in their footsteps into fame. They have four kids, and three of them are actors: John David, the eldest; Katia and Malcolm. Malcolm’s twin sister Olivia, on the other hand, is into filmmaking.
