Hoops (Canceled)

This series follows the character of Ben Hopkins, a high school basketball coach who is impatient and foul-mouthed. He believes that his problematic team will propel him to greater heights, particularly to the big leagues, and that this, to some degree, will turn his bleak life around. Hoops first aired on August 21, 2020. The first season consists of ten episodes. Despite the fact that the series makes audiences laugh, it wasn’t enough for Netflix to renew the franchise and give it a second season. The cancellation was made public in December 2020, which undoubtedly broke fans’ hearts. They can, however, watch it again on the streaming platform.

Cast members include Jake Johnson, Ron Funches, Cleo King, and Natasha Leggero. Meanwhile, 20th Television and Bento Box Entertainment are the production companies in charge of bringing this series to life.
