Eli Roth’s History of Horror (Renewed)

Eli Roth’s The History of Horror is part of AMC Visionaries, a seven-hour series focusing on pop culture genres from the creator’s perspective. Every hour, the story highlights certain TV shows, landmark films, and stories related to horror, whether they are about slashers, zombies, ghosts, or anything else. Apart from the great Eli Roth, the cast also includes Alan Maxson, Greg Nicotero, and Ariel de Ment. Kurt Sayenga, on the other hand, is credited with directing.

The tagline of Eli Roth’s The History of Horror is “Every scream tells a story.” On October 14, 2018, the first season was released. It has successfully aired three seasons, each with multiple episodes. AMC has yet to decide whether the documentary and horror series will be renewed or canceled for its fourth season, which is set to premiere in April 2022.
