Turn Up Charlie (Canceled)

This British series follows Charlie, played by Idris Elba, a troubled DJ and long-time bachelor. He was given one more chance at success, but only if he agreed to be a nanny for his popular best friend’s daughter. That appears to be simple, but it isn’t, given the little kid’s behavior. On March 15, 2019, Turn Up Charlie was released. It was only on for one season and eight episodes. Other notable cast members include Piper Perabo, JJ Feild, and Frankie Hervey, in addition to Idris Elba.

This comedy TV show is also directed by Tristram Shapeero and Matt Lipsey. Sadly, despite the interesting storyline and the time investments a few made to follow it, it was canceled, breaking the hearts of those who hoped for another season. So, if you want to watch the show or rewatch it, it is still available on Netflix.
