The Rain (Renewed)

Apart from series that can make us go ‘awee’ at adorable couples or make us laugh until we cry, a dystopian-themed binge is a great addition to your must-watch list, especially Netflix’s The Rain. The show is reminiscent of the world’s current state to a certain degree. The series features the attempt of two siblings in surviving a virus-drenched rain that kills every person it comes in contact with.

Since its release back in May 2018, The Rain has received nothing but positive reviews from fans. The show expanded to seasons two and three, which were released in May 2019 and August 2020, respectively. However, the show will no longer continue for a fourth season which has left avid viewers disappointed.
