Sweet Magnolias (Renewed)

Based on a series of novels of the same title penned by Sherryl Woods, Sweet Magnolias was brought to life by prominent actresses such as JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Brooke Elliott, Heather Headley and Jamie Lynn Spears. The show is set in South Carolina and highlights the interaction between three women who have known each other since they were children. Having little grasp of the degree of complexity of romance, career, and family, the three women see each other through.

The 10 episodes of the first season, which aired in May 2020, has captured the hearts of fans, so much so that it was renewed for a second season, which was released in February 2022. While there hasn’t been news of a third season, it seems like Netflix is doing a good job in keeping the fans excited!
