PACIFIC RIM (Renew)

A new season of Pacific Rim: The Black will also be released on Netflix this April 19, 2022. In case you don’t know, Pacific Rim: The Black is an animated series that draws direct inspiration from the Pacific Rim franchise. It was developed by Greg Johnson and Craig Kyle, and this series was originally released on March 4, 2021. Luckily, fans of the franchise won’t have to wait too long to catch the new season as it makes its way to the streaming platform a month later.

The second season shines the spotlight on Piloting Atlas Destroyer alongside Mei and Boy in tow. Taylor and Hayley will also be continuing their journey to Sydney, however, they will encounter a bloodthirsty cult along the way. Without question, there’s an immense degree of excitement among the franchise’s fans, as the show continues to showcase gigantic armed robots fighting a race of monsters called the Kaiju.
