NCIS (Renewed)

NCIS is an action, police procedural series and is known as a spin-off of the legal drama series JAG. It centers on the exploits of a fictional team of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and it first aired on September 23, 2003. The cast is made up of some of Hollywood’s finest, such as Mark Harmon, who plays the role of Leroy Jethro Gibbs, David McCallum starring as Dr. Donald Mallard, and Lauren Holly as Jenny Shepherd.

The show’s rating was initially slow in progressing to some degree. By its sixth season, though, it suddenly became a top-five hit and has been continuing to keep its spot for the next seasons. Currently, with the show’s renewal, the series already has eighteen seasons. The eighteenth season kicked off last November 17, 2020.
