In the Room wasn’t the only show that got canceled on E! The hit morning talk show Pop of the Morning also followed suit, and it certainly surprised a lot of the network’s viewers. Viewers certainly weren’t expecting the show to get canceled, considering that it had just recently premiered back in January 2020. Initially, the show went on a temporary hiatus, following the several degrees of restrictions imposed on television productions during 2020. However, NBCUniversal completely decided to scratch the show from its roster together with other New York-based programs.
In its one and only season, Pop of the Morning aired over 40 episodes prior to its cancelation. The show featured hosts Lilliana Vazquez, Scott Tweedie, and former NFL star Victor Cruz. The show mainly talked about pop culture and celebrity news, and they also featured a good number of celebrity interviews. Though the show enjoyed several viewers, there are no announcements about the show’s future and possible return.
