New Amsterdam (Renewed)

Production may have encountered several delays but everything is now moving forward as it should be for the hit Netflix show New Amsterdam. The show is currently entering its highly-anticipated fourth season, and it’s already been renewed for the entire 2022-23 season. The show’s renewal is a part of a three-year pickup, although it’s been certain that it’ll wrap its run next season. With this in mind, it doesn’t surprise us that it’ll continue to be one of NBC’s strong contenders when it comes to ratings.

It’s reasonable to expect New Amsterdam for another season as it’s averaged over 45 million views in its previous seasons. You could say that it’s excellent investment planning on Netflix and NBC’s part, as it could cater to the show’s sizable fanbase. Accordingly, the same fanbase will continue to get captivated by this show’s plot, as it’ll feature the same storyline with its trademark thrill which New Amsterdam is known for
